A Million Dollars at the Mall !!

Having million dollars at the mall, I'm thinking Shoes, food, clothing and stuff  I really like. I wouldn't believe that amount of money if I opened up my bank account. Honestly  I would be shocked.

Toy world. This is a place like where you can buy your favourite toys. If I had to pick toys that I would want, I would pick out 2 minion teddy (bob and Kevin), a few car toys and maybe thats all because I'm really not a toy fan. I would buy these because these are what I love and I think its worth buying. 

If I were to buy anything at a mall it will have to be shoes. I would go to footlocker and buy with one million dollars, probably two pairs of converses, two pairs of Nike's and a pair of vans, which is a total of five shoes. I wouldn't wipe out the whole store of shoes, because where would i store them once I arrive home. 

At the food court i'd buy a mix of food. I'm thinking crazy Big Mac combo mixed with Whopper Jr from Burger King also a mix of fries, i’d splash some butter chicken in there and take a medium bite of my mixed burger.

Buying all these stuff will be absolutely amazing , However i think it’s not really worth it. I’d rather you know buy something that’s worth for my family with this amount of money, Or i’d love to donate some money for those poor families around the world.

Today all our hard work has paid off. For the last four/three weeks we have been working on making our own reading group board game. My group made a basketball style of snakes and ladders. After we got to play our own game we made, we rotated and played another groups game.

Super Mario!

WALT: write  effective paragraphs.

Well Hello Amigos and Welcome. Today i will be talking about a game that i think most of you know. ‘Super Mario World.  You can find this game on most game websites. It is an enjoyable, Frustrating and Fun game. So come on and lets have some fun time with Mario.  

The aim of this Super Mario World game is to try and pass each level.

By passing each level you must  try and avoid your enemies which are fat birds . You also have to try and collect the Yellow shining i think it helps you throughout the next level.

Mario is the main Character in this game, and has become a famous icon for the company Nintendo. He wears bright blue denim overalls and a red long sleeve top underneath.  A matching red hat, with a ‘M’ which stands for his name, glowing white gloves and shiny brown shoes. He jumps to collect coins and stars, and to dodge ugly evil little enemies.

The main controls of the game are the arrow keys on your keyboard. The arrow keys moves your Character to where you want it to go. To jump up you use the ‘^’ arrow key. Also if you jump on your enemy it will make them vanish.

Super Mario World can get super annoying when it comes to the part when you keep on dying and losing.

Description of learning: In this writing I learnt to write effective writing in silence. This task asked me to write effective writing about Super Mario World.

Beware Pt England For Winter is coming !

Winter season is heading our way. We have a lot of fun things and we also do have to remember to keep ourselves warm.

This report is about the season ‘Winter’, and also some tips for you to go to school every day during winter and not to be lazy.

So it is almost the time of the year that I have been waiting for Winter! It is the season where it is very cold and windy. In Auckland it brings really bad storms and bad weather. Sometimes the Sun likes to show itself but most of the time it hides.

This means for Pt Englanders Bad luck because most students at Pt England School walk to school. They are affected because they would not feel like coming to school because of the rain.

It is important to come to school even though it is raining. The rain does not stop you from coming to school you can just wear extra layers and keep warm. Alisha a student who goes to Pt England School says this “ People should just get over it , it’s raining the rain won’t hurt you”.

“I feel like I should’ve not let them go for i have the loss of two children I feel I made wrong decision and feel like really want to get them back.”

“Would you invite back your oldest child to come back and live with you again?” “ Yes I would definitely want him to come back, if not i would love to go live with him in his house because it’ll be a waste building his house”.

“ So hey Liam what are your thought on about the Christ-church Earthquake that happened 2011?”.

“Well you see i really hate sad news about countries and people to be honest i feel sad for them and i really you feel for them”.

“Wonderful so what about if an Earthquake hit your city what would it mean to you?”.

“ It’ll mean so bad like i will so, so sad and unhappy and i probably will honestly forget about my Computer games and just worry if parents and my family”.

“How would you react in an earthquake”.

“ I will react as if i'm dead, it’s literally so much pressure. I mean there was an earthquake and you don’t know if family at home or work are okay you’re trapped under something and screaming help it’ll feel really heart breaking for me”.

“There's an interview today with  this boy whose name is Terry, he is like addicted to Computer Games . He’s about 12- 14 years age i guess. So lets welcome  Terry everybody!”.

“So hey Terry, What are your feelings about the Nepal Earthquake”. “ Well i feel really you know emotional and sad kind of feeling and i hope they get the mess all clear and they will be safe and happy soon”.

“Okay... and what about if an Earthquake hit your city. What would be your reaction”? I will feel really sad and i think wouldn't be able to talk that much and wouldn't even worry about Computer Games and just wondering if my mother is fine and safe and it’ll just be and unhappy, unsafe feeling.

“Amazing and What would you do to help out Nepal”.

“Well I'd probably just do some sort of fundraiser and donate some money to help with building their new buildings and yeah”.

How Far Technology has gone !

On the 30th of April Room 6 Literacy Teacher (Mr Goodwin) had showed something really interesting to share with his class. Their teacher had controlled a game of tetris with some fruit. Using technology wires and controls I believe helped this to work out.

Immersion Assembly

Do your teachers ever serve you some delicious snacks during Assembly?  Well of course something like that happened this morning and everyone was just sitting up for a yummy little pikolit pancake. So serious and anxious just for a yummy snack.

Happy Holidays

Yes it soon will be Easter, everyone is excited and children are looking forward to goodies and egg hunts. Well I'd like to say Happy Easter Holidays to everyone. I hope you all have a safe and wonderful Easter with families and friends. Also remember the meaning of Easter is not chocolates it is about the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Be safe and enjoy the spirit of Easter.
