Duffy Show

WALT:Follow the structure of a recount to produce a piece of writing. 

On Monday Afternoon there was a Duffy Show . It was the first ever Duffy Show for 2015. As soon as the bell went for lunch time to end we went and put our hats away in our trays and lined up again outside. Then we followed our teacher to the hall to watch the show. It took a while to settle and get started because everyone was talking and some of the senior classes came in late.

As soon as everyone was at the Assembly and everyone was settled they started the show. Duffy started the show by walking towards the stage. After that the two other girls came from behind the wall. Then they started to sing the Duffy song, and introduce themselves to all  the students.

The show still continued and it was starting to get stuffy and hot. One of the girls name is Sienna. she acted as a girl who doesn't like to read books. It started raining and Sienna just finished school. She couldn't go in the rain because then she would get soaking wet. She couldn't go in any shops because she needed money to be able to go inside.

Then the other girl named Antonia came from behind the walls and a garden fairy. She told everyone to sing along with her. So we did so.  While we were singing it was time for me to go and do ‘Road Patrols’. So then i went, and that was the end of the Duffy show.
