WALT: Look Beyond the text
Do you know what is a kakapo? It is a bird that is flightless. They like to eat berries, especially berries from rimu trees. Kakapo birds are like big. It is bigger than a Hen. I will give you three facts about them.
* Its the worlds heaviest birds
* Its possibly the oldest living bird.
* Male birds make deep booming noises to attract the female bird.
